Over the past decade, BodySync’s genetic assessments have been the basis of clinical studies around the world, groundbreaking research on how genes may help guide nutrition and fitness. Gene Wide Association Studies (GWAS) continually point to new gene/nutrient and gene/fitness correlations. BodySync monitors these and other peer-reviewed studies regularly, evaluates findings to determine potential utility, and integrates the best gene candidates into its assessment panels. Before being added to a BodySync gene panel and being made available commercially, each new genetic marker undergoes an extensive validation process to ensure genotyping standards consistent with FDA guidelines.
